**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Director to lead our Service Dispatchers and Administrators team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest level of service delivery.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement effective work planning and scheduling processes to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external contractors to deliver end-to-end process delivery.
  • Lead and manage a multi-skilled team of Service Dispatchers and Administrators to achieve exceptional customer service standards.
  • Coach and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call centre environment.
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to coach and develop team members.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft 365 and SAP.
