Job Description

Jungheinrich UK Ltd is a leading provider of intralogistics solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Customer Service Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive management and leadership for a multi-skilled team of Service Dispatchers and Administrators to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Interact with internal departments and external contractors to ensure seamless end-to-end process delivery.
  • Develop and implement effective work planning and scheduling strategies to optimize team performance.
  • Manage and coach team members at all levels, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address customer needs, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a call centre environment, with a strong background in customer service and team management.
