Job Title: Customer Service Manager

At Jungheinrich, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Service organization, you will be responsible for promoting a safety-first culture, maintaining optimal infrastructure, and ensuring adherence to defined After Sales processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote a safety-first culture and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Manage and optimize the infrastructure to deliver agreed customer service levels, financial targets, and operational After Sales KPIs.
  • Ensure effective communication with customers and suppliers to deliver a complete end-to-end aftermarket solution.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve maximum customer satisfaction, efficiency, and profitability.
  • Collaborate with central teams to deliver overall objectives and contribute to promoting and accepting change.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in work planning and scheduling, with a background in a call centre environment.
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to manage and coach people at all levels.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and team motivation.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft 365 and SAP, with a strong understanding of business acumen and customer orientation.
