Customer Service Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team at Jungheinrich UK. As a key member of our Customer Service organisation, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving business growth, and leading a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement customer-centric strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Lead a team of customer service professionals to ensure seamless delivery of customer service
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure customer service performance
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure Jungheinrich UK remains at the forefront of the intralogistics industry
- Proven experience in customer service management, preferably in a call centre environment
- Strong leadership and coaching skills to motivate and develop a high-performing team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft 365 and SAP
