Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team at Jungheinrich UK. As a key member of our Customer Service organisation, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving business growth, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement customer-centric strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Lead a team of customer service professionals to ensure seamless delivery of customer service
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure customer service performance
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure Jungheinrich UK remains at the forefront of the intralogistics industry
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in customer service management, preferably in a call centre environment
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft 365 and SAP
