Customer Service Advisor Role

Competitive Hourly Rate and Weekly Payments

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading company in the industry, for a Customer Service Advisor to join their existing team in an inbound customer service department. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer service and operational performance.
  • Collaborate with operations employees to resolve customer issues and improve overall service quality.
  • Accurately record and process customer enquiries, and diagnose customer issues through detailed questioning and active listening.
  • Investigate and interpret data from various systems to provide informed solutions.
  • Manage customer expectations, set and agree timescales for actions, and promote products in line with marketing input.
  • Conduct outbound calls to follow up on events and system unavailability.
  • Review personal performance statistics and take responsibility for ongoing development.
  • Respond to and resolve written customer contacts in a timely and professional manner.
  • Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and interpretive skills to investigate and resolve customer issues.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
