About the Role

We're looking for a skilled and empathetic individual to join our Broadband Technical Team in Warrington. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for customers with broadband-related queries, providing expert support and resolving issues efficiently.

What You'll Do

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, ensuring a positive experience for every interaction.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to broadband services, working closely with customers to understand their needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical developments to provide accurate information to customers.
