Protocol National Limited is collaborating with a Further Education Institution in their quest for skilled Educational Support Facilitators to assist learners across various levels within the institution. The organization has multiple positions available, offering flexible hours ranging from 18 to 28 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing assistance to students exhibiting challenging behaviors and Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) on an individual basis and in small groups.
  • Effectively managing challenging behaviors in a constructive, proactive, and consistent manner.
  • Fostering positive relationships with Educators to support students and discuss/implement strategies and learning activities.
  • Engaging actively with students in their educational journey, demonstrating a willingness to interact and build a positive rapport.

Essential Qualifications:

  • An Enhanced DBS (preferably on the Update Service, although we can facilitate a new application if necessary).
  • A recognized qualification in Childcare is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Ability to cultivate positive relationships and rapport with students and staff.
  • A resilient, proactive, and optimistic disposition.
  • High levels of enthusiasm, energy, and positivity when engaging with students.
  • A genuine commitment to helping young individuals reach their potential and thrive in their educational pursuits.
  • An enthusiastic approach and a readiness to engage with and establish positive relationships with students.
