As an Educational Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in assisting students with diverse educational requirements. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing support tailored to students' Educational Healthcare Plans (EHCPs).
  • Building meaningful relationships with students to encourage their personal and academic growth.
  • Monitoring student progress and delivering constructive feedback to students, educators, and parents.
  • Ensuring adherence to safeguarding protocols and effectively managing any situations that may arise.

Candidate Requirements:

  • A recent graduate in Psychology, enthusiastic about pursuing a career in the educational sector.
  • Willingness to undergo a comprehensive DBS check and provide two professional references.
