About the Role:

In this position, you will play a vital role in supporting students with varying educational requirements. A solid understanding of Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) is essential as you provide customized assistance to individuals or small groups.

Qualifications:

  • Recent graduate in Psychology, eager to pursue a career in education.
  • Willingness to complete a fully enhanced DBS check and provide two professional references.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting students in accordance with their Educational Healthcare Plans (EHCPs).
  • Building meaningful relationships with students to promote their development.
  • Monitoring student progress and providing constructive feedback to students, educators, and guardians.
  • Adhering to safeguarding protocols and effectively managing any situations that arise.

All pay rates mentioned will include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This position is temporary, with the possibility of a permanent role in the future.
