Position Overview: Support Care Facilitator - Independent Living Services

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Support Care Facilitator. This role is integral to our mission of providing specialized care and support for individuals with autism in a community setting.

Key Information:

  • Salary Range: £23,167.56 - £23,290.70 per annum

Candidate Profile:

Additional Information:

This position requires compliance with the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974, necessitating an enhanced Disclosure submission to the Disclosure and Barring Service for any prior criminal convictions.
