Creative Support is a rapidly expanding, not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing assistance to individuals with diverse care requirements. We are currently seeking a Mobile Care Support Specialist to offer flexible support across various locations.

We aim to recruit compassionate, adaptable, and driven individuals to deliver personalized assistance to clients residing in a variety of tailored accommodations. This innovative approach to supporting individuals in their own homes ensures a modern, secure, and nurturing environment where they can flourish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Traveling across a wide area to assist individuals in their residences,
  • Administering medication and completing Medication Administration Records (MAR),
  • Establishing and nurturing warm, trusting relationships with clients,
  • Providing respectful and dignified personal care,
  • Helping individuals safely engage with the community and pursue personal growth.

The services operate in various regions, and it is crucial that candidates are willing and able to drive. Travel expenses from the designated base will be discussed.

Previous experience is mandatory for this position, as the role involves addressing a wide range of needs across different areas, requiring flexibility and confidence.
