Williams Lea is seeking a skilled Document Production Workflow Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients by providing timely and accurate document production of an intermediate to advanced level.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess documents and ensure proper corrections, including proofing, edits, conversions, formatting, creation, comparisons, etc.
- Utilize advanced software skills in document production programs to meet high-volume, high-pressure production demands.
- Train team members and coordinate day-to-day workflow within a shift or site.
- Prioritize work requests across the team and balance multiple projects based on experience and established guidelines.
- Act as a leading resource for all questions relating to document production, proofreading, and quality assurance.
- Identify and correct errors in complex business documents to ensure quality of the product being returned to requesters.
- Deliver an exceptional electronic and hard copy file management service.
- Work with the practice management system to log and record documents.
- Filing and file housekeeping.
- Extensive computer and data-related tasks.
- Proofreading experience preferably in a legal environment is preferred.
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is desired.
- Knowledge of a legal timekeeping or job tracking system is preferred.

- Ability to prioritize work to balance multiple projects and deadlines.
- Ability to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing.
