Job Description

Production Office Coordinator Role

The Role

  • Maintain accurate records of orders, client requirements, and production timelines.
  • Process job orders and ensure all necessary materials and resources are allocated for each project.
  • Act as the liaison between the production team and clients, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Coordinate daily production schedules and assist in managing workflows to meet deadlines.
  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and managing documentation.
  • Monitor stock levels for production materials and coordinate reorders as needed.
  • Assist with quality control processes to ensure products meet the company's standards before dispatch.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including email and phone calls, ensuring prompt and professional responses.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or production support role, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Salary & Benefits

The salary for this role is up to £27,500 and could be negotiated depending on experience. Benefits include a generous pension scheme, death in service, and opportunities for growth and development. The working hours for this role are 8am-5pm Mon- Thurs with an early finish on Fridays.
