Production Office Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Office Coordinator to support our production team and ensure exceptional client communication.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate daily production schedules and assist in managing workflows to meet deadlines.
* Act as the liaison between the production team and clients, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any questions or concerns.
* Maintain accurate records of orders, client requirements, and production timelines.
* Process job orders and ensure all necessary materials and resources are allocated for each project.
* Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including prompt and professional responses.
* Assist with quality control processes to ensure products meet the company's standards before dispatch.
* Monitor stock levels for production materials and coordinate reorders as needed.
* Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and managing documentation.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in an administrative or production support role, preferably within the signage, printing, or manufacturing sector.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Familiarity with project management or scheduling software is an advantage.
