HR Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Dovetail and Slate Ltd. As an HRBP, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our managers with day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with best practices and legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Manage employee relations, including investigations, hearings, and appeals, in collaboration with the Head of People Services.
- Oversee absence management, ensuring timely and effective resolution of employee issues.
- Lead recruitment efforts, including developing strategies to promote employment opportunities and identifying succession planning and talent pools.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes, including accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure accurate monthly payroll processing.
- Contribute to HR projects aimed at improving processes and enhancing the employee experience.
- Employee relations experience, with a strong understanding of employment law and best practices.
- CIPD Qualified or equivalent.
- Able to pass a DBS check.
- Excellent level of digital literacy.
- Good organisation, planning, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and work under pressure.
