Your Role...

We are seeking a proactive and pragmatic HR Business Partner to deliver comprehensive HR services to our teams across Europe.

Collaborating with teams in various locations, you will engage with front-line staff and management, offering guidance on a range of HR matters while influencing and supporting leaders in a dynamic business landscape.

As a key liaison with our HR Centers of Excellence, you will cultivate professional relationships and provide tailored, commercially-focused solutions to align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities...

  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with teams, ensuring a responsive and high-quality HR service that aligns with their business goals.
  • Advise management on the implications of organizational changes, ensuring compliance and acting as a collaborative partner.
  • Implement HR strategies, including diversity and inclusion initiatives, tailored to meet the unique needs of different teams.
  • Support managers in effectively managing their teams by leveraging internal HR resources and expertise.
  • Collaborate with managers to identify talent and succession planning strategies to foster high-performing teams.
  • Serve as the point of contact for employee-related inquiries, ensuring accurate updates to job descriptions and organizational charts.
  • Coach managers on performance management practices, facilitating fair evaluation processes and improvement plans as necessary.
  • Work with diversity teams to implement the company's diversity strategy, promoting an inclusive culture where all differences are respected.

Qualifications & Experience...

  • Proven experience in HR business partnering within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong business acumen and curiosity about the operational areas you support.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with various teams to implement initiatives that enhance organizational culture.
  • Demonstrated decision-making skills and the ability to connect cross-functional insights to improve business performance.
  • Experience leading projects and change initiatives across teams.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a sense of humor.

This position operates under a hybrid work model, allowing for a combination of remote and in-office work, as agreed upon with your manager.
