Key Responsibilities- Operational Excellence
- Employee Engagement: Foster a culture of engagement and motivation among our workforce, ensuring that every team member feels valued and empowered to contribute to our success.
- Employee Relations: Provide expert guidance and support to employees and managers on all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, talent development, and employee relations.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation, ensuring that our HR operations remain compliant and effective.
- HR Processes: Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and guidelines that support our business objectives and ensure compliance across the organization.
- HRIS: Oversee the maintenance of our HR information system, ensuring that it remains up-to-date and accurate, and providing insights to inform business decisions.
- Performance Reviews: Manage the performance appraisal process, ensuring that employees receive regular feedback and coaching to support their growth and development.
- Learning and Development: Collaborate with our Learning and Development Manager to design and deliver training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Recruitment: Work closely with our Talent Acquisition Partner to ensure that all recruitment needs are met, and that our hiring processes reflect our company values.
- Benefits and Wellness: Manage our benefits and wellness programs, ensuring that they remain competitive and aligned with our company culture.
- Budget: Oversee the HR budget, ensuring that it is managed effectively and that all expenses are justified.
- Payroll: Work with our external payroll bureaus to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll.
- Strategy and Analysis
- Support the development of our People and Culture strategy, ensuring that it aligns with our business objectives and company values.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver our company strategy, ensuring that HR initiatives are aligned with business goals.
- Culture Development: Lead initiatives that enhance employee engagement and foster a sense of community, ensuring that our company culture remains vibrant and inclusive.
- Compliance and Reporting: Manage audits and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, ensuring that our HR operations remain effective and efficient.
- Organisation Design: Support the design and delivery of organisational design initiatives, ensuring that our HR structure remains aligned with business needs.
- Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion: Support initiatives that promote diversity, equality, and inclusion, ensuring that our HR policies and practices remain fair and equitable.
- Leadership and Mentoring
- Manage and develop our People and Culture Assistant, providing coaching and mentoring to support their growth and development.
- Level 5 CIPD qualification or equivalent.
- Substantial experience in HR, preferably within a luxury brand, with expertise across the HR spectrum, including employee relations, talent development, recruitment, and organisational design.
- Experience implementing people strategy and operating in a culture-led organisation.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to build relationships and network easily, both internally and externally.
- Excellent analytical, report-writing skills, accuracy, and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise tasks and ensure delivery of results within tight deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- International HR experience.
- Payroll management experience.
- HRIS experience, preferably with SAP SuccessFactors.
