Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Consultant to join our team at Michael Page HR. As a Senior HR Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert HR support to our clients, including employee relations, recruitment, and benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies to support business growth and objectives;
  • Provide guidance and support to clients on employee relations, including disciplinary issues, grievances, and TUPE;
  • Manage and administer HR software systems, including employee records and benefits administration;
  • Conduct health and safety assessments and provide recommendations for improvement;
  • Administer training programs and develop training materials to support client needs;
  • Collaborate with clients to develop and implement HR policies and procedures;
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters, including employment law and best practices;
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure excellent service delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • CIPD level 5 or above qualification;
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in the financial sector;
  • Strong employee relations knowledge and experience;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Proficient in HR software systems and Microsoft Office.
