Job Title: Senior HR Consultant

At Michael Page HR, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Consultant to join our team. As a Senior HR Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert HR support to our clients, ensuring that their HR functions are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively manage client HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment, and benefits administration.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to improve client HR operations and reduce costs.
  • Provide expert advice on HR-related matters, including employment law, employee engagement, and talent management.
  • Manage client HR projects, including grievances, disciplinary issues, and TUPE transfers.
  • Administer training programs for clients, including health and safety, diversity, and inclusion.
  • Process and amend settlement agreements, and provide support with immigration and right to work procedures.
  • Maintain and update client Employee Handbooks, and assist with client remuneration policies and strategies.
Requirements:
  • CIPD level 5 or above, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a generalist HR role.
  • Proven experience in delivering HR solutions to external clients, with a strong understanding of HR cloud systems.
  • Ability to produce high-quality written and verbal advice, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
