Job Title: Senior HR Consultant

At Michael Page HR, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Consultant to join our team. As a Senior HR Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert HR advice and support to our clients, helping them to manage their HR functions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide HR advice and guidance to clients on employee relations, employment law, and HR best practices.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and solutions to meet client needs.
  • Manage and maintain HR systems and processes, including employee records, benefits, and performance management.
  • Conduct HR audits and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop and implement training programs and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Provide support with employee onboarding, offboarding, and other HR-related tasks.
Requirements:
  • CIPD level 5 or higher.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
