Senior HR Business Partner

Network HR is seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join a prestigious global Asset Management firm in London.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Financial services, with Asset Management experience being highly beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic and operational HR business partnering to the investment client group
  • Support the delivery of the UK HR strategy, working closely with the HR leadership team
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on HR related matters
  • Support the HR Director in the tactical execution of strategic HR initiatives across the Investments division
  • Manage a junior HR Advisor to support effective delivery of core objectives
  • Support with project management across M&A, HR Due Diligence & Integration

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Agile, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build credible relationships across all levels of the organisation
