Job Title: HR Business Partner - Housing

As an HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving HR initiatives that support strategic objectives. You will work closely with senior management and operational teams, providing expert HR advice, guidance, and support to ensure the delivery of business goals.

About the Role
  • Deliver strategic HR support to managers, advising on best practices and ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the overall business goals.
  • Oversee recruitment processes, including the selection and onboarding of new employees.
  • Conduct performance management and employee development initiatives.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and grievance handling.
  • Ensure adherence to all HR-related legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with other HR professionals to share knowledge and develop consistent practices.
Requirements
  • HR experience within Housing Associations is a must.
  • A degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Excellent knowledge of HR policies and procedures, with a strong focus on compliance and best practices.
  • Proven ability to deliver HR strategies that support business objectives.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively with senior management and operational teams.
