Senior HR Business Partner

Network HR is seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join a prestigious global Asset Management firm in London.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic and operational HR business partnering to support the investment client group.
  • Build strong relationships across the UK business, with a focus on supporting the Investment teams and London-based colleagues.
  • Support the HR Director in the tactical execution of strategic HR initiatives across the Investments division.
  • Identify talent gaps, succession planning, and employee development opportunities to address current and future business needs.
  • Manage a junior HR Advisor to support effective delivery of core objectives.
  • Support project management across M&A, HR Due Diligence & Integration.
Requirements:
  • Experience in Financial services, with Asset Management experience highly beneficial.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice, with an understanding of FCA regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills, with the ability to build credible relationships across all levels of the organisation.
  • Agile, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
