Position Overview:

EmpowerRD is in search of a Client Success Onboarding Specialist with expertise in R&D tax incentives. This role is pivotal in steering the successful execution of our onboarding framework, ensuring that clients can effortlessly integrate and gain value from our R&D funding solutions. This position provides an opportunity to significantly enhance our operational effectiveness and client satisfaction, reporting directly to the Head of SMB Success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the successful implementation of EmpowerRD's client onboarding strategy, facilitating the rapid adoption of our R&D claims product by clients.
  • Leverage your knowledge of R&D tax incentives to manage a thorough onboarding process, guaranteeing that both new and renewing clients receive a well-structured program that delineates clear objectives, timelines, and protocols.
  • Act as the main liaison for clients throughout the onboarding journey, establishing realistic expectations, aligning on objectives, managing timelines, and providing regular updates.
  • Develop implementation strategies to ensure clients are onboarded within established service level agreements (SLAs). Collaborate with various departments to ensure a cohesive approach for each client.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing business outcomes, client satisfaction, and the quality of technical solutions.
  • Ensure a seamless transition of accounts to the Delivery Team.
  • Contribute to organization-wide initiatives aimed at enhancing processes, focusing on automation and scalable improvements.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in R&D tax incentives, ideally in a client-facing capacity.
  • Strong technical knowledge of R&D schemes.
  • Exceptional communication and project management abilities, with a track record of managing expectations and delivering projects within stringent deadlines.
  • A collaborative mindset, capable of working across diverse teams to achieve a unified client experience.
