Position Overview:

EmpowerRD is in search of a Client Success Onboarding Specialist with expertise in R&D tax incentives. This role will spearhead the efficient execution of our onboarding initiatives, ensuring that clients can effortlessly integrate and gain from our R&D funding offerings. This position presents an opportunity to significantly influence our operational effectiveness and enhance client satisfaction, working closely with the Head of SMB Success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the successful implementation of EmpowerRD's client onboarding framework, expediting the client's utilization of EmpowerRD's R&D claims solutions.
  • Leverage your experience in R&D tax incentives to orchestrate a thorough onboarding journey, guaranteeing that both new and returning clients receive a carefully structured program with defined objectives, timelines, and processes.
  • Act as the main liaison for clients throughout the onboarding process, establishing realistic expectations, aligning on objectives, managing schedules, and providing regular updates.
  • Develop implementation plans to ensure clients are onboarded within established service level agreements (SLAs). Facilitate communication with various departments to ensure a cohesive approach for each client.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing business outcomes, client satisfaction, and the quality of technical solutions.
  • Ensure a seamless transition of accounts to the Delivery Team.
  • Contribute to company-wide projects aimed at enhancing processes, focusing on automation and scalable improvements.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in R&D tax incentives, ideally in a client-facing capacity.
  • In-depth knowledge of technical R&D schemes.
  • Exceptional communication and project management abilities, with a knack for managing expectations and delivering projects under tight deadlines.
  • A collaborative mindset, capable of working across various teams to ensure a cohesive client experience.
