Position Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Cluster Manager to spearhead our sales initiatives and accomplish revenue objectives. In this pivotal role, you will oversee significant accounts and manage the account management processes for our esteemed properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the sales forecasting, strategic planning, and budgeting activities for the sales team.
  2. Identify and capitalize on opportunities for enhancing the sales process.
  3. Collaborate closely with Hotel Managers to evaluate the quality of sales processes and prioritize areas for enhancement.
  4. Introduce and implement innovative technologies to support the sales teams.
  5. Facilitate training sessions for the sales personnel.
  6. Assist in budget preparation and ensure adherence to financial constraints during operations.
  7. Execute sales strategies in alignment with the sales office's action plan to meet financial targets.
  8. Analyze market trends, assess client requirements, and evaluate potential occupancy rates.
  9. Promote a collaborative and positive work environment that enhances team morale and productivity.

Qualifications:

  1. Preferred experience in the luxury hospitality industry.
  2. A minimum of 3 years in a similar leadership role.
  3. Strong analytical capabilities to interpret sales data, predict trends, and identify areas for process optimization.
  4. Demonstrated success in leading sales teams, managing performance metrics, and ensuring the effective execution of sales strategies.
  5. Exceptional interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with various departments and stakeholders.
  6. Proficiency in sales budgeting and planning, with experience working alongside financial teams to manage incentive programs.
  7. A commitment to ongoing process enhancement and maintaining high standards of accuracy in sales planning.
