About the Role

In this exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for supporting the Cluster Sales Manager in delivering proactive sales and business development initiatives. Your primary focus will be on generating new sales, building relationships with corporate clients and agencies, and identifying new business opportunities to maximize revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Cluster Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Proactively generate new sales leads and opportunities through networking, trade shows, and other business development activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and agencies to increase exposure and revenue.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of sales and business development initiatives.
  • Provide regular sales reports and insights to inform business decisions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Commercially focused with a deep understanding of local market trends and competitor activity.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
