Client Support Administrator

Ascendant Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Client Support Administrator to join our team. As a Client Support Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients via telephone and email.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of the customer journey, ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact to resolution.
  • Build meaningful rapport with customers, understanding their needs and concerns.
  • Provide administrative support to senior advisors, including data entry and CRM system management.
  • Administer new and existing policies, ensuring compliance with FCA regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records and data, ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Diary management, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely completion.
Requirements:
  • Proven customer service background, with experience of calling and emailing customers.
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident and organized, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the financial or insurance industry.
