Our Mission: To provide the highest level of support to enable independence and empower clients to control their own lives.

Job Role: As a full-time Support and Outreach worker, you will be working 37.5 hours per week, supporting people in the community and/or in their homes.

Main Duties:

  • Supporting individuals with their daily needs and everyday household tasks
  • Encouraging and assisting clients to take part in activities
  • Accompanying and assisting clients with appointments and shopping
