Support and Outreach Specialist

Mentaur Community Support is a leading provider of support services for young adults with Learning disabilities and/or mental health illnesses.
Our Mission is to provide the highest level of support to enable independence and empower clients to control their own lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support individuals with their daily needs and everyday household tasks
- Encourage and assist clients to take part in activities
- Accompany and assist clients with appointments and shopping
Requirements:
- Experience working with adults with learning disabilities and mental health issues
- Ability to use initiative and adapt to changing situations
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent (full training provided)
- Ability to drive and own car (business insurance required)
