About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Sales Channel Manager to join our team at Duval Associates Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing our online sales channels and driving growth through data-driven account management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Online Sales Channel Management: Analyze website data to strengthen our listing portfolio and increase organic search traffic to our product pages.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Develop and implement data models, databases, and data collection systems to optimize efficiency and accuracy of data analysis.
  • Product Performance Analysis: Identify products that are performing well or poorly, understanding customer buying patterns, and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Sales Maximization: Assist the Director of Sales with maximizing sales for all key trade activities, such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, holiday promotions, and new product launches.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Develop a strong understanding of the business and the markets in which we operate, keeping up to date with trends and consumer needs.
  • Visualizations and Reporting: Create visualizations and reports to effectively communicate findings to Senior Management.
  • Data Accuracy and Consistency: Ensure all data is accurate and consistent when processing it for analysis.
  • Product Uploading and Management: Assist with the uploading of new products, imagery, and inputting of product information alongside system and process updates.
Requirements
  • Experience of working within a similar Ecommerce role and/or digital landscape.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Commercially astute, ambitious, data savvy with strong sales analysis and reporting experience paired with solid financial and budgeting skills.
  • B2C retail and website management experience is essential.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint skills is crucial.
  • Solid knowledge of PPC, SEO, AdWords, Google Analytics, and overall Google brand development.
  • Experience with the Wayfair / Amazon / Costco portals and product uploading would be advantageous.
  • Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and under tight timeframes.
