About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled E-commerce Sales Channel Manager to join our team at Duval Associates. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing our online sales channels and driving growth for our e-tail clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Web Analysis and Optimization: Analyze website data to identify areas for improvement and suggest changes to strengthen our listing portfolio and increase organic search traffic.
  • Data Modeling and Strategy: Develop and implement data models, databases, and data collection systems to optimize efficiency and accuracy of data analysis.
  • Product Performance Analysis: Identify top-performing and underperforming products, understand customer buying patterns, and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Sales Maximization: Assist the Director of Sales in maximizing sales for key trade activities, such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and holiday promotions.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and consumer needs to ensure our business remains competitive.
  • Visualizations and Reporting: Create data visualizations and reports to effectively communicate findings to Senior Management.
  • Data Accuracy and Consistency: Ensure all data is accurate and consistent when processing it for analysis.
  • Product Uploading and System Updates: Assist with uploading new products, imagery, and product information, as well as system and process updates.
  • Project Participation and Support: Participate in other projects and duties related to pre and post-sales activities, and provide backup to the Sales Office Administrators as needed.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in a similar e-commerce role or digital landscape.
  • Communication and Influencing: Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to converse easily with others, including remote teams.
  • Commercial Acumen and Data Savvy: Commercially astute, ambitious, and data-savvy, with strong sales analysis and reporting experience, paired with solid financial and budgeting skills.
  • B2C Retail and Website Management: B2C retail and website management experience is essential.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint skills, as well as solid knowledge of PPC, SEO, AdWords, Google Analytics, and overall Google brand development.
  • Portal Experience: Experience with the Wayfair/Amazon/Costco portals and product uploading would be advantageous.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and under tight timeframes.
