Exciting Opportunity in Field Sales

Join the dynamic External Sales Team of a leading company within the electrical sector. This role is ideal for an experienced Field Sales Account Manager who is ready to embrace a new challenge and is open to national travel.

About the Role:

As the National Field Sales Manager for Lewden - Palazzoli Group, you will play a pivotal role in fostering relationships with key Electrical Wholesalers and enhancing existing partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture a robust network of stockists and distributors to drive purchasing growth.
  • Maintain strong relationships with Electrical Wholesalers to facilitate business development.
  • Conduct regular visits to support key Electrical Wholesale Accounts with targeted initiatives.
  • Identify customer needs and leverage new business opportunities.
  • Develop strategic business plans for targeted customer segments.
  • Organize and support trade events, including Trade Days and Exhibitions.
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics and customer satisfaction trends.
  • Propose innovative strategies to enhance customer engagement.
  • Create tools and ideas to improve the experience of national account customers.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Specification, and Marketing teams.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices.

The Ideal Candidate:

We seek experienced sales professionals with a proven track record in field sales, particularly within the electrical industry and working with Electrical Wholesalers. You will be responsible for managing existing accounts while identifying and developing new customer relationships.

A technical background is advantageous but not mandatory, as comprehensive training will be provided. You should possess excellent rapport-building skills, strong communication abilities, and a drive to meet company targets while thriving under pressure.

Location: While ideally based in Middle England, we welcome applications from candidates across the region.
