Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Randstad Delivery (GBS). As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and developing new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a growth strategy to increase revenue and expand our customer base
- Conduct market research to identify new industry trends and potential clients
- Manage new client inquiries and requests for information
- Oversee the new client process life cycle from initial contact to onboarding and integration
- Collaborate with local branches to identify new business leads and contacts
- Monitor and report on sales and revenue targets
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to new and existing clients
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Support and educate Branch Managers and Property Managers on best business practices and techniques
- Represent the company at local industry events to build brand awareness and establish contacts
- Proven experience in Block Management, preferably in a senior role
- Excellent consulting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement best practices
- Strong customer service skills and ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Commercial awareness and ability to draft budgets
- Proactive and keen to develop new skills and knowledge
- Good time management and prioritization skills
- Full driver's license and experience with MS applications
