SIM Motorsport Ltd is a leading company in the motorsport simulation industry, seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Revenue Growth Specialist to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the corporate market through strategic networking, market analysis, and customer relationship building

• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and prospective customers

• Present and promote our products and services to existing and prospective customers, achieving agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes

• Collaborate with team members and other departments to coordinate sales efforts and drive business growth

• Analyze market trends, track sales performance, and provide regular status reports

• Host corporate events for existing and new customers to build relationships and drive sales

• Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role

• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office

• Knowledge of motorsport industry trends and market analysis

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

**What We Offer:

• Competitive salary: £25,000 - £28,000 (depending on experience) plus performance-related bonus
