Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Business Development Executive to join our team at SIM Motorsport Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion for our race car simulation products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Actively seek out new business opportunities in the corporate market through networking, cold calling, and existing customer relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers, highlighting the value proposition and competitive advantages of our solutions.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the scheduled timeframe.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments to ensure seamless execution and maximum impact.
  • Analyze market trends, track sales performance, and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
  • Host corporate events for existing and new customers to foster relationships and generate new business opportunities.
Requirements
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role, with a track record of success in driving sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of the motorsport industry trends and a passion for the sector.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach, able to work independently and as part of a team.
