Your Role

In the capacity of a Senior Site Manager, you will serve as a pivotal leadership figure on-site, tasked with directing and managing your team and resources to successfully deliver high-quality housing projects.

Your responsibilities will encompass coordinating all on-site operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and maintaining effective communication with various stakeholders, including design teams, commercial departments, sales personnel, and contractors.

You will be expected to complete projects on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Additionally, you will oversee interactions with external entities such as utility providers, local authorities, and regulatory agencies to guarantee successful project execution.

Your duties will also include ensuring the health, safety, and welfare of all site personnel, and you will play a vital role in customer satisfaction by addressing any defect items promptly.

About You

We seek an experienced leader with a proven history in site management within the housing sector. You should possess substantial experience in leading large site teams and managing site managers, with a strong emphasis on quality and safety. A CSCS Manager's Black Card and a full, clean driving license are essential. A minimum of an HNC qualification, along with membership in a recognized industry board such as CIOB, is required.

Essential Criteria

  • Demonstrated experience in leading site teams to deliver high-quality housing projects.
  • Experience in managing larger teams and site managers.
  • CSCS Manager's Black Card.
  • Full, clean driving license.
  • Minimum HNC qualification with membership in an industry-recognized board (e.g., CIOB).
