Your Role

In the capacity of a Senior Site Manager, you will serve as a pivotal leadership figure on-site, tasked with directing and overseeing your team and resources to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality housing projects.

Your responsibilities will encompass coordinating all on-site operations, upholding safe working practices, and facilitating clear communication with various stakeholders, including design, commercial, sales teams, and contractors.

You will be accountable for delivering projects punctually, within budget, and adhering to the highest quality standards. Furthermore, you will manage external entities such as utility providers, local authorities, and regulatory bodies to guarantee the successful completion of projects.

Your duties will also include ensuring the health, safety, and welfare of all site personnel, and you will play a vital role in customer satisfaction by addressing any defect items within a specified timeframe.

About You

We seek an experienced leader with a proven history in site management within the housing sector. You should possess substantial experience in leading large site teams and managing site managers, with a strong emphasis on quality and safety. A CSCS Manager's Black Card and a full, clean driving license are required. Additionally, a minimum of an HNC qualification, along with membership in an industry-recognized board such as CIOB, is essential.

Essential Criteria

  • Demonstrated experience in leading site teams to deliver high-quality housing projects.
  • Experience in managing larger teams and site managers.
  • Possession of a CSCS Manager's Black Card.
  • Full, clean driving license.
  • Minimum HNC qualification with membership in an industry-recognized board (e.g., CIOB).
