About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Engineer to join our team at PW Construction. As an HVAC Engineer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining a range of systems within clients' premises, primarily in commercial settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and commission HVAC systems in commercial settings, including schools, hospitals, offices, and other buildings.
  • Meet and maintain high quality standards in all aspects of your work.
  • Work in a safe and controlled manner, following all necessary internal health and safety processes and client-specific site requirements.
  • Support the development of junior and apprentice engineers.
  • Review and maintain RAMS (Risk Assessment and Method Statement) documents.
  • Manage and maintain risk controls in the working environment to ensure the safety of colleagues and the public.
  • Raise project concerns with project managers.
  • Site supervision of junior engineers.
Requirements
  • A minimum NVQ Level 2 qualification in plumbing and heating (essential).
  • NVQ Level 3 in plumbing and heating (desirable).
  • SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) certification (desired).
  • Ability to read drawings efficiently.
  • Full driving license.
