Your Role

In the capacity of a Senior Site Manager, you will serve as a pivotal leadership figure on-site, tasked with directing and overseeing your team and resources to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality housing projects.

Your responsibilities will encompass coordinating all on-site operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and maintaining effective communication with various stakeholders, including design teams, commercial units, sales personnel, and contractors.

You will be expected to complete projects on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Furthermore, you will manage external entities such as utility providers, local authorities, and regulatory agencies to facilitate successful project execution.

Your duties will also include ensuring the health, safety, and welfare of all personnel on-site, and you will play a vital role in customer satisfaction by addressing any defect items within a specified timeframe.

Candidate Profile

We seek an experienced leader with a proven history in site management within the housing sector. You should possess significant experience in leading large site teams and managing site managers, with a strong emphasis on quality and safety. A CSCS Manager's Black Card and a full, clean driving license are essential. Additionally, a minimum of an HNC qualification and membership in a recognized industry board, such as CIOB, is required.

Essential Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in leading site teams to deliver high-quality housing projects.
  • Experience in managing larger teams and site managers.
  • Possession of a CSCS Manager's Black Card.
  • Full, clean driving license.
  • Minimum HNC qualification with membership in a recognized industry board (e.g., CIOB).
