Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's financial operations, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning and Budgeting: Develop and manage the company's financial plans and budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to the management team and board of directors, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and provide recommendations to management.
- Financial Systems: Manage and maintain the company's financial systems, including accounting software, payroll systems, and other financial tools.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws, including tax laws, accounting standards, and financial reporting requirements.
- Team Management: Supervise and manage a team of financial staff, including accountants, bookkeepers, and other financial professionals.
- Communication: Communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders, including management, board members, and external parties.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in financial software and systems.
