Overview:

SIM Motorsport Ltd seeks a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Business Development Executive to drive sales and revenue growth for our race car simulation products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively seek out new business opportunities in the corporate market through networking, relationship-building, and strategic partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers, highlighting the value proposition and competitive advantages.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the scheduled timeframe.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments to ensure seamless execution.
  • Analyze market trends, track sales performance, and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
  • Host corporate events and client entertainment activities to foster relationships and drive sales growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Sales and Business Development Executive or relevant role.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of the motorsport industry trends and market dynamics.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Package:

£25,000 - £28,000 (depending on experience) plus performance-related bonus. Realistic OTE £36,000.

Full driving licence and car required.

Full time.

Branded uniform provided.
