The Institutional Marketing division at J.P. Morgan is pivotal in collaborating with various business units, serving as a central hub to leverage the extensive resources of J.P. Morgan Asset Management's marketing team. This role necessitates the ability to coordinate diverse teams and manage stakeholder expectations effectively across the organization.

As an Associate/Vice President within our Institutional Marketing team, your primary responsibility will be to devise and implement strategies for engaging prospects and clients in sectors such as Pensions, Insurance, Sovereign Wealth Funds, and Consultants. You will collaborate with multiple internal teams to ensure that our industry-leading thought leadership, digital platforms, campaigns, and events effectively communicate our value propositions. Your contributions will be vital in supporting the broader EMEA marketing teams in achieving their objectives across the region. This position plays a crucial role in driving business growth and enhancing our brand's reputation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and manage the institutional marketing strategy for specific segments, collaborating with distribution, product, and content teams to deliver digital initiatives, events, campaigns, and thought leadership communications.
  • Craft and present strategic briefs, clearly articulating the complex challenges faced by institutional clients to stakeholders and team members.
  • Oversee and curate essential content across our digital platforms.
  • Analyze data to assess performance, derive insights, and formulate hypotheses for enhancements.
  • Engage with a broad spectrum of stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal marketing standards.
Qualifications and Skills Required
  • Proven experience in marketing with a successful track record; experience in financial services is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of institutional clients and their investment cycles, along with the ability to quickly familiarize oneself with J.P. Morgan Asset Management's offerings.
  • Ability to cultivate relationships within a large, matrixed organization.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently while also being a collaborative team player.
  • Excellent project management skills, adept at handling multiple priorities, communicating progress, and ensuring deliverables are met.
  • Strong proficiency in digital tools, data analysis, and reporting, with a focus on interpreting data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Quickly grasp J.P. Morgan's business model and our distinctive position as a brand leader, understanding what aligns with our brand identity.
