Role Overview
Please note this could be either a day shift or night shift role.

As a pivotal member of our HR team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring we have a dedicated workforce that meets our operational needs. Your efforts will contribute to creating a positive employee experience that motivates and engages our staff.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with HR leadership and management on various people-centric initiatives to cultivate an engaging workplace.
- Address daily HR inquiries and administrative tasks, including onboarding processes, self-service tools, and attendance management.
- Utilize internal reporting tools to generate insights for site leadership.
- Develop and implement programs aimed at enhancing employee wellbeing and overall experience.
- Conduct audits to ensure adherence to company policies, data protection regulations, local employment laws, and HR best practices.

A Day in the Role
This position is not confined to a traditional office setting; you will engage directly with our operational teams on-site. Depending on your location, you may collaborate with fellow HR assistants in a rotational capacity, ensuring that HR support is consistently available for employee inquiries.

The HR Coordinator role encompasses a variety of tasks. In addition to managing essential HR functions, you will assist team leaders with diverse projects aimed at fostering employee engagement. This may include gathering feedback and organizing activities to align employees with new initiatives, as well as promoting an inclusive environment where all staff feel comfortable raising HR-related questions.

Basic Qualifications
- Relevant experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations, or Payroll.
- Advanced proficiency in both written and verbal English.
- Proven experience in communicating effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, including peers and leadership.
- Familiarity with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional context.

Preferred Qualifications
- While not mandatory, experience in managing onboarding processes and related administrative tasks is advantageous.
- Basic understanding of employment law and HR/payroll practices is beneficial.
