About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Manager to join our team at Good Moves. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing compensation and benefits strategies that align with our organization's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent
  • Conduct market research and analysis to ensure our compensation and benefits packages are competitive and aligned with industry standards
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement total rewards strategies that drive business results
  • Design and implement benefits programs that meet the diverse needs of our employees, including health and wellness initiatives, retirement plans, and paid time off
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure seamless delivery of compensation and benefits services
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in compensation and benefits management, preferably in a similar industry
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful compensation and benefits strategies that drive business results
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform compensation and benefits decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior leadership, employees, and external vendors
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including those related to compensation and benefits
