We are currently seeking a Strategic Service Accounts Manager - EMEA to enhance our operations across EUROPE.

The Strategic Service Accounts Manager will be responsible for fostering growth in service sales and profitability within designated accounts, aligning with established short- and long-term objectives, and ensuring that Vertiv remains the preferred partner throughout the product lifecycle.

In collaboration with Strategic Account Managers and Directors, you will oversee the long-term relationship management with assigned strategic accounts, taking ownership of the service account planning and review processes while representing the company to key stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Achieving service sales targets for assigned accounts.
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with accounts to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively identifying commercial and technical needs, investigating root causes, and proposing both immediate and long-term solutions.
  • Developing and managing the Service Account Plan and Service Activity Plan, leading service business development initiatives in the short to medium term.
  • Coordinating with Strategic Account Managers to manage sales across all service pillars.
  • Collaborating with the Sales Account Manager to ensure a unified approach to customer engagement.
  • Monitoring market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and driving service action plans.
  • Ensuring compliance with the Company Code of Conduct and Trade Compliance in all activities.

To excel in this role, you should possess industry experience, strong commercial insight, and the ability to cultivate robust internal networks within the Vertiv community. Achieving your targets will necessitate effective collaboration across various business segments to meet customer needs, making strong communication skills essential. Additionally, a solid understanding of Vertiv's comprehensive service and product offerings is crucial.

Service sales represent a vital revenue stream for Vertiv, and we are looking for a highly skilled, motivated, and ambitious individual to fulfill this role within our organization.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or Economics.
  • A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in service management or service sales.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Exceptional business negotiation skills and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Highly developed communication skills.
  • Knowledge of the competitive landscape within the industry.
