Strategic Sales Account Manager

Service Express UK is seeking a proficient Senior Account Manager with a strong background in IT sales. The Senior Account Manager will play a crucial role in engaging with major clients and advocating for the Third-Party Maintenance services offered by Service Express. This position entails overseeing the sales cycle, cultivating new business opportunities, and sustaining profitable client relationships. If you possess a dynamic approach, are results-oriented, and have a proven sales history, this role may be an excellent fit for you.
Key Responsibilities:- Reach out to and inform current clients about the offerings of Service Express
- Identify, qualify, and finalize new business opportunities
- Develop new business virtually while ensuring profitable client relationships
- Assess client needs and identify potential opportunities
- Draft business proposals and present opportunities to clients
- Leverage appropriate resources to build a sales pipeline and generate leads
- Maintain ongoing relationships with clients and support contract renewals
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance outcomes
- Utilize Salesforce for managing the assigned territory
- Work alongside the Marketing team to boost brand visibility
