The Senior Account Manager will play a crucial role in engaging with major clients and advocating for the Third-Party Maintenance services offered by Service Express. This position entails overseeing the sales cycle, cultivating new business opportunities, and sustaining profitable client relationships. Key Responsibilities:
  • Reach out to and inform current clients about the offerings of Service Express
  • Identify, qualify, and finalize new business opportunities
  • Develop new business virtually while ensuring profitable client relationships
  • Assess client needs and identify potential opportunities
  • Draft business proposals and present opportunities to clients
  • Leverage appropriate resources to build a sales pipeline and generate leads
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with clients and support contract renewals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance outcomes
  • Utilize Salesforce for managing the assigned territory
  • Work alongside the Marketing team to boost brand visibility

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT sales is preferred
  • Experience managing the complete sales cycle
  • Strong skills in stakeholder management
  • Energetic and results-focused
  • Proven track record in sales success
  • Prior experience in generating new opportunities within existing accounts
  • Willingness to travel as necessary
