Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant to join our finance team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in driving our business forward by providing strategic financial insights and supporting our growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, and tax reporting.
  • Identify process improvements and opportunities for aligning our UK and French operations.
  • Assist the Group Finance Manager and Finance Business Partners with budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
  • Liaise with external accountants for tax reporting and support the annual audit process.
  • Review and monitor incumbent processes within divisions and propose improvements for streamlining and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to perform ad-hoc analysis and support business functions.

About You

  • Qualified with a minimum of 1 year post-qualification experience in audit or industry, or finalist with 4+ years of relevant industry experience.
  • Advanced Microsoft user, especially in Excel.
  • A team player who encourages and supports others to resolve issues in a collaborative manner.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and integrity.
  • A 'can-do' attitude, excited about being part of a changing and evolving culture with a teamwork mentality.
  • Able to demonstrate gravitas as a functional expert and explain complex ideas to Finance and Non-Finance colleagues.
  • Track record of driving process improvements and delivering results.
