Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, building and nurturing relationships, and managing sales pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of assigned Partner accounts, ensuring seamless account management and collaboration with our Service Delivery and Operations departments.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships across the Partner network, enhancing the visibility and impact of our brand.
  • Make regular visits to Partners to identify opportunities and capitalize on strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities within the business.
  • Manage and grow the sales pipeline, including monthly revenue and margin forecasting.
  • Lead the preparation and delivery of quotes, RFIs, and tender responses, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.

About You

We are looking for a seasoned Account Manager with a proven track record in driving business growth, particularly in IT Channel Sales. You will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and diligence, as well as strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in IT Channel Sales.
