Channel Sales Account Manager

Restore Technology is seeking a seasoned Account Manager to drive business growth and build strong relationships across the Partner network.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of assigned Partner accounts
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Partners
  • Enhance brand visibility and impact through regular visits
  • Manage and grow sales pipeline, including revenue and margin forecasting
  • Identify and capitalise on business strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities
  • Lead quote preparation and delivery, RFIs, and tender responses
  • Collaborate with Service Delivery and Operations departments for seamless account management
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in IT Channel Sales
  • Proven track record in account management, driving business growth
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and diligence
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Strong commercial awareness with a keen eye for spotting opportunities
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience in accurate forecasting of opportunities and revenues
